Testimonials

Jennifer Goodier has been my most skilled massage therapist for at least four years. I am a retired chief financial officer. My daily workouts that include aerobics and weights tend to cause my muscles to tighten up without massage intervention. Jennifer is knowledgeable, completely dependable, and just plain gets the kinks out better than any other therapist I have known. She listens well to what I think I need, and willingly does both a Swedish (lighter touch) massage as well as deep tissue work. I enthusiastically recomend her with complete confidence to anyone.

Jennifer’s massages are marvelous! Her work relieves my upper back pain and loosens up my whole body, I always feel relaxed for days afterwards. Most of all, Jennifer is extremely intuitive about the areas that need help and the amount of pressure needed, don’t think I’ve ever had to ask her to adjust. I’m grateful to have someone with her skill level within reach for body work and enjoy every minute of it! Jennifer is a true gift.

I’m a professional musician – lots of opportunity for overuse and repetitive motion situations in my arms and hands. I used to think that I had to have a man to get the kind of pressure and depth required to relieve the symptoms I experience. Not so! Jennifer’s skill, strength and depth of pressure are just what I need to loosen the trouble spots.

I have lower lumbar scoliosis often resulting in severe pain in my upper back and neck. I usually use yoga to alleviate the pain, but needed some real therapy! I was happily referred to Jennifer and booked her for an in-home appointment. Her perfect mix of professionalism and friendly warmth immediately created a peaceful atmosphere, even in an environment unfamiliar to her. Her work, just like her presence, was a perfect mix of skilled technique and intuitive healing art. She was able to work deep into spots in my back and release the pain in my neck that had been there for weeks.

I was happy to have her in my home and never hesitate to refer her to my friends!

I have been using Jennifer Goodier’s services for three years. The extent of her understanding of anatomy, and consequently both where I hurt and why is remarkable. I feel totally restored by each massage, even though I am undertaking a new exercise program and struggling hard with a weight issue. She unlocks my structure without that process becoming painful. I have had 30 years of body work of one kind or another and no one has ever come close to Jennifer’s talent and professionalism. You will have nothing to fear and everything to gain from working with her.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what a great job you do as a massage therapist–you are so professional and you have such a great touch.  You always seem to be able to get right to where I need it the most.  What ever pain I have just seems to disappear and stay that way.  I wish I would have know you when I was working as a marine biologist–pulling all those nets and sampling gear made me feel like a human pretzel.  Just wanted to let you know and I’ll be in touch soon.

I have utilized Jennifer’s massage services for over seven years. Seven years because she is the best therapist I have ever come across. I am a CPA/Tax Accountant and treat myself to a massage a week during tax season. Her massages are life savers during a time of heightened stress.
Thanks Jennifer.

Jennifer does a wonderful deep tissue massage and her techniques show a good knowlege of the muscles and their movements. I have referred her several patients who would benefit from this type of body work.

I was a little apprehensive when it came to getting my first massage ever, until I visited Jennifer for a massage about a month ago. Jennifer’s approach is unmatched, which was evident after my initial consultation over the phone (very professional). She takes massage to a whole new level. Her knowledge and understanding of the anatomy of the body and massage is unprecedented. Jennifer is one of the most personable people I have ever met, which compliments her business that much more. I am convinced that chiropractor’s are over-rated! Thanks for hooking me up Jennifer! I haven’t felt this good in years!!!

Jennifer has consistently given me the best deep tissue massages I have ever gotten. She’s always been good for what ails me, whether it be a pulled leg muscle or an achy back.

The massage experience I received from Jennifer brought immediate relief to back pain caused by picking up my 35 lb son incorrectly. The massage was deep and intense and soothing. Jennifer targeted areas of my back I did not know needed work.
